Secondary (6th-8th)
Secondary Program (6th–8th Grade)
At the secondary level, instruction gradually increases in English, creating a more balanced dual-language experience. Students continue to strengthen their bilingual and biliteracy skills while engaging in rigorous academic coursework.
Students are encouraged to explore a variety of STEAM electives (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math), helping them discover their interests while building critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Throughout the year, students also benefit from enrichment opportunities such as ATS presenters, guest speakers, and special programs that expand learning beyond the classroom.
In eighth grade, students participate in high school orientation activities that prepare them for a successful transition to ninth grade, including information sessions, guidance support, and readiness planning. By the end of 8th grade, students promote to the next level. Those who achieve full bilingualism are formally recognized during the promotion ceremony. Through strong academic preparation, leadership development, and cultural awareness, students leave well prepared for high school and future success.
